Business cards

I wanted to dedicate a special BLOG to my aunt. She is a Graphic Designer, Jacqueline Gilman Design, Larkspur, CA. She created my business cards and logo, etc... First and formost she is an amazing Aunt! You can tell by the image to the left that she is also a fabulous Graphic Deisgner too! I love what she has done for me! I gave her a few ideas that I was looking for and she went with it and created something that I think reflects me and the image that I want to portray! So a BIG "thank you" to you!

Aprons...

This is my number two reason for creating a blog.

My girlfriend is making and selling these adorable aprons I have pictutred here. I think her main focus is on kids, but she is also making them for moms or just women in general. They are the cutest things that I have ever seen! She is going to be attending a craft show in Santa Rosa, Ca this coming weekend. I am so excited for her and did I mention how cute they are!!!!

I see these and imagine all the fun ways they can be used, the most obvious helping mom in the kitchen or dad with the BBQ . I also see my kids, or your kids painting, coloring, playing dress up. Just playing in general. What a way to keep the clothes clean! They have a couple pockets on the bottom to put just about anything in!

It was a lot of fun taking these pictures. I was able to explore my creative side and try new things!

Band

This is something new for me. I have never done a blog, nor have I ever really thought that I would ever do one. Until recently, I had no idea what I might say in a blog. Two photographic moments were presented to me and I thought that this would be reason enough to create a blog! The first is the event written below....

I helped a friend photograph a wedding in the Bay Area not too long ago. They had a live band! Seeing and hearing this band made me wish that I had one for my wedding. Then it got me thinking that you don't need a wedding so much as a special occasion! So I need a special occasion to come along so I can enjoy this band once again. Anyway, I am going of the subject a bit...

My point is this band was awesome! I am not sure what my word really means since I have only heard a few live bands in my life time, but I thought they were awesome! Their name is Busta-Groove! and they are based out of Hayward, CA. They have a website: http://www.busta-groove.com/.
